We strictly do not offer returns or refunds due to hygienic reasons.

Sale items are final meaning they are non-refundable and non-exchangable.

Exchanges

We always ensure products are in good condition before shipping them out. We only accept exchanges if they are defective or damaged exclusive of damages to the packaging.

  • Item(s) cannot be exchanged with different colour or product even if they have the same price.
  • Item(s) must be posted within seven (7) upon receiving local delivery.
  • Item(s) exchange is subject to stock availability.

To apply for an exchange, send us an email at hello@solekcosmetics.com indicating your order number and a picture of the product.

 We are unable to offer any replacement for any other reasons (eg. change of preference).
