Returns and Refunds
We do not offer returns or refunds due to hygienic reasons except if products received are defective or damaged.
To proceed with the refund, you would have to return the defective item to us. Once return is received, we will proceed with the refund which will be offered in the form of store credit equivalent to the amount of the purchased item.
If you think your order is applicable for a refund, send us an email at email@example.com. Complaints must be made not more than seven (7) days after item(s) is received.
We always ensure products are in good condition before shipping them out. We only accept exchanges if they are defective or damaged exclusive of damages to the packaging.
- Item(s) has not been used and in the original packaging.
- Item(s) cannot be exchanged with different colour or product even if they have the same price.
- Item(s) must be posted within seven (7) upon receiving local delivery. Item(s) received more than seven (7) days will not be entertained.
- Item(s) exchange is subject to stock availability.
To apply for an exchange, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org indicating your order number and a picture of the product.
We are unable to offer any replacement for any other reasons (eg. change of preference).
Sale items are final meaning they are non-refundable and non-exchangable.
